PURPOSE
This event is part a series of trainings organized by WIN to co-develop an online course together with partners in Zambia and Bangladesh. This training will bring together CWIS, governance and regulation, three fields that have remained largely disconnected in the urban sanitation sector. The focus of this training is to gain understandings of how poor transparency, accountability and participation play out in the sanitation value chain and what good governance can do to improve the implementation of CWIS projects. This training expects to equip sanitation sector organizations in Bangladesh with practical tools to strengthen good governance in CWIS projects, and to foster south-south knowledge sharing.
