The publication highlights the importance of addressing integrity challenges in achieving Citywide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS), which ensures sanitation services for all city residents through diverse systems and providers. Integrity failures, often overlooked, hinder service delivery, infrastructure upgrades, public health, and gender equity. The Water Integrity Network (WIN) collaborates with ESAWAS, DPHE (Bangladesh), and ITN-BUET to analyze these issues and strengthen regulatory mechanisms.
