Under WSUP funded this research project, ITN-BUET assessed the capacity of three City Corporation, Rangpur, Chattogram and Dhaka North City Corporation for providing sanitation/FSM service to its citizens, using Burke-Litwin Model for capacity assessment. Under this project, KIIs and FGDs were conducted to the leaders of City Corporation, including Mayor, CEO to the different level City Corporation officials.
