ITN-BUET and FPAB signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement on 11 October 2026 in Dhaka to boost public health, WASH, and climate resilience in Bangladesh. The partnership will drive joint research, training, capacity building, and knowledge sharing.

ITN-BUET has established and handed over a CWIS Knowledge Corner to Kushtia Municipality to document its sanitation journey, experiences, and practices in Citywide Inclusive Sanitation and fecal sludge management.

The second batch of CR-WSP training strengthened institutional capacity for climate-resilient water safety planning at Haria Intake organized by ITN-BUET with DWASA and GIZ Bangladesh.

ITN-BUET organized a Mentee City Exposure Visit to Kushtia Municipality on 17 August 2026. Sixteen officials from eight municipalities explored CWIS, sanitation, and waste management facilities, gaining practical insights through peer learning.

ITN-BUET trained 16 municipal officials from eight municipalities as potential master trainers through a residential CWIS workshop in Kushtia.

ITN-BUET and MAWTS signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement on 12 August 2026 in Dhaka to strengthen sanitation and waste management.
